1. Cemetery Requirements

Each cemetery has its own rules regarding size, thickness, color, and design of memorial stones.

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the selected product meets the specific requirements of their cemetery before placing an order.

2. Custom-Made Products (No Returns or Refunds)

All of our stones are made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, they cannot be restocked or reused.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

3. Design Approval Responsibility

We will provide a design proof for your review before engraving begins.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve all details, including spelling, dates, and layout.

Once approved, the design will be engraved exactly as shown, and changes cannot be made.

4. Natural Stone Variations

Granite is a natural material, and variations in color, grain, and engraving contrast may occur.

These natural differences are part of the beauty and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

5. Shipping Damage

If your stone arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage.

We will promptly produce and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for shipping damage, but we fully stand behind replacing the product.

6. Installation

We do not provide installation services and are not responsible for issues related to installation or handling after delivery.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, or supply chain disruptions. We ship our stones from our manufacturing location in Georgia, USA.
